Disable Snapshot backup for Exchange 2003

Is thre a way to disable the snapshot backups on Veritas 10, so that I can take advantage of the Recovery Storage Group, when doing a recovery of a mail store.

Hi Giovanni,

In your Exchange Backup job properties, under Settings and Advanced Open File unselect �Use Advanced Open File Option�.

You can also ensure that you have unselected it under Tools >Options > Advanced Open File�

Like Carl said uncheck the "Advanced Open File Option" from the Job properties and also uncheck it from "Tools" > "Options" > "Advanced Open File Option".

thanks for the reply, but I found the problem. Tech Support was not able to correct the problem in verison 10.0, we had to upgrade to version 10d(10.1) to get the ability to restore to a Recovery Storage group in Exchange.
