Disk to Disk using CPS Setup question

Here is my scenario.
Server 1 has 2 NICs
192.168.1.1 - Live Network
10.1.1.1- Backup exec network
Server has 2 NICs
192.168.1.2 - Live Network
10.1.1.2- Backup exec network

i am trying to use cps to replicate data from server 1 to server 2 thru the 10.1.1.x network.

Remote servers also need to replicate data thru a vpn tunnel that is routed to the 192.168.1.x Live network. Remote servers cannot contact the 10.1.1.x network

i am only able to set 1 preferred NIC up in CPS.
How can i set it up that ALL Replication takes place thru the 10.1.1.x network UNLESS it is sent from 1 of the Remote Servers? Then it should use the 192.168.1.x Netowork.

Can i setup jobs and tie the job to a NIC?

Any ideas?
