Restore System State for Domain Controller by remote agent

Hi all,

Backup Exec install at member server(win2k3 server) and backup Domain Controller Server with remote agent which not install BE on it(win2k3).

From the book , i understand tat, restore system on DC must be restart in safe mode-directory restore mode. Can i use member server that do a system state restore on tat Domain Controller server???
