Download address needed: 10.1d compatible Mac Agent

When I read the Software Compatibility list for 10.1d it lists mac OS X 10.4 supported via a remote agent. Note that 10.0 only lists mac OS X 10.3 as supported by an agent. I've received 10.1d and cannot find the mac agent on the CD. I've been able to find Mac Agent 5.045 (http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/269806.htm) but it says its for Veritas 10.0. Where is the mac agent for Veritas 10.1d?

Hello,
You will have to use a legacy Agent for the MAC agent in 10.1.

Please go through the following compatibility List:

You can install the legacy agent from the following Article:

Thanks for your response but I found it confusing.

The first article you provided just says 10.4 is supported but no link to the agent is given. Note 10 of that article is about win 2003 SP1 issues.

The second article is the 5.046 legacy agent for UNIX and under the supported OSes only HP-UX, SCO, Solaris, and Linux are listed (not the mac).

Isn't there a legacy agent for Mac/OS X that works with Mac 10.4 and Veritas 10.1d?

The information you provided was for Linux/UNIX servers and those referenced pages (and the admin guide) do not mention OS X as one of the supported operating systems. Will this work on OS X or do I need to wait for a compatible MAC agent to be released by you guys?
