I am using Veritas Backup 9.1, on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition.
When I go to Configure Recipients under the tools menu, I have about 10 recipients with the same name (dan) that I cannot remove and I cannot get into the properties to edit. When I try to create a new person with a different name (Joe), and I fill out the proper SMTP information, then when I click OK at the bottom a new user is created with the old duplicated name (dan not Joe) and then I cannot remove this one as well or get into the properties.
When I select one of the recipients for notification, the notification does not work.
The notifications use to work no problem until I tried to add someone new and all the duplicates started.
How can I remove the duplicated recipients and create new recipients without this duplication problem?
