Duplicate Recipients cannot be removed

I am using Veritas Backup 9.1, on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition. When I go to Configure Recipients under the tools menu, I have about 10 recipients with the same name (dan) that I cannot remove and I cannot get into the properties to edit....
