E-mail notification queued but not sent...?

When I press the "test" button under configured recipients I get the message that says: "a message has been queued..." but it doesn't arrive to the e-mail address configured. Where or what is this que and can I access it? Or is there something wrong in my configuration? Could this be somehow a problem with the operating system (SBS2003) ?

I will let you know as soon as I have the time to try these out. This isn't a very high priority fault for us so it's postponed to the future. '

The second link you sent looks interesting and that's what I will try next. The first one was something that is all ready done.
