I have problem backing up individual mailboxes on Exchange Server 2003/SP2 on Windows Server 2003/SP1 platform. Veritas is 10.0/SP3 installed on Windows Server 2003/SP2.
I cannot connect to individual mailboxes. I have tried creating new account with receive/send as rights. The account is not hidden in GAL and it does have a mailbox. All solutions like 256313,234575,236713,266075 269946 don't work. An alternative account has been created with Full Exchange Admin Rights, as well as send as & recieve rights. It can access Information store, but not individual mailboxes.
All servers are updated. I have event logs created by BE when trying to access individual mailboxes.
