EXB_110.VSD Blue Screen

I have a Windows 2003 server without Service Pack 1 installed running Backup Exec 9.1 with an Exabyte VXA Packetloader installed. We have all of a sudden started getting a blue screen and the message that EXB_110.VSD error has happened and the memory dump starts. Anyone dealt with this before?

I have done some research that i can find and this appears to be a Backup Exec driver.

Hello,

Go to the safe mode and uninstall the drivers.
From the hardware compatibility list check if your device is tested.
Please let us know the result
