Email Notification Problem

I cannot get the e-mail notification to work using SMTP. After applying the settings (using the IP address for the SMTP Server, which is physically the same server BE is backing up) and setting a recipient, I click the test button and BE says the message is sent to the queue but I do not receive the test or other notifications. I am running Kerio MailServer on the same machine and it is set up to require SMTP authentication. Thanks for the help

Hello,
Do you have the Job logs Option Included in the Notification?
If yes, the Joblog Size could also matter while sending the Notification. Please go through the following Article:
