In a two week period, I have several tapes that are marked unappendable and can not be overwritten with the comment that the "end marker is unreadable". Normally I would think the tape was simply bad, but to have 6 tapes labeled like this in two weeks makes me think otherwise. I read in a forum that inventorying the tape could remove the message, but that has not worked. Any help appreciated.
