Error Configuring Recipients

Upgraded 9.1 to service pack 2 rev.4691 and now all existing notifications are gone. Trying to configure recipient giver message "a data store related error occured". Tools - Configure e-mail and pager notification will not open. All worked fine prior to service pack install. Thank you in advance.
