I recently upgraded from Backup Exec 2012 to 2014. I had a job setup to backup all of my Virtual Machines. The job used to complete, although it took a very long time. Now the job fails and I get Error Code E0009585. In the job log I get V-79-57344-38277 - Unable to open a disk of the virtual machine. It always fails when it hit a particular server.
I'm not sure why this job is failing, it used to run fine. I have updated the agents on all the servers after the upgrade. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

along with recreating the job try seperating the one server out and run it by itself in a job with debugging on and post the results here

I tried recreating the job but got the same response. Do you have a link to how to turn on debugging mode so I can post the results?
