Error Installing Hotfix 24, 25

Hello,

I'm trying to install these two hot fixes 24 and 25 on a Windows 2003 server with SP1.

It gives me an error, and rolls back the installation...This is what comes up in the event viewer.

One of the first things I did was check permissions.

Product: VERITAS Backup Exec for Windows Servers - Update '{71FA60DA-8204-4112-8D9F-332CB114C072}' could not be installed. Error code 1603. Windows Installer can create logs to help troubleshoot issues with installing software packages.

Hello,

It still isn't working, below is what shows up in bkupinst.log...

I installed newest version of Windows Installer..

Ran msiexec /regserver

Do you have anymore idea's

Hello,
This can fail for various reasons, including:
1. Low disk space.
2. User has insufficient rights. Ensure that user logged in has Domain Administrator privileges.
3. Disk Quota restriction. Ensure that Disk Quota provides enough disk space for installation.
4. Group Policy Objects (GPO): ensure that there are no policies that restrict installation.
5. User has roaming profile. A roaming profile does not create the folder structure needed on all servers.
