Error Mssage:0xe000846b-Remote Agent

When I run my Daily Differential backup I am receiving and error 0xe000846b- The resource could not be backed up because an error occurred while connecting the Backup Exec for Windows Servers Remote Agent. Below that it says, The Media server was unable to connect to the Remote Machine Server4.
It has been working and now I am receiving this message. I have recreated the jobs and searched high and low for an answer. We have 17 servers all running Windows Server 2000. Please help.
