Error connecting to \\SANDROIDR registry. Access is denied

Hi, I have send an e-mail to VERITAS Support and I have attached at this e-mail three files screen-shot and log report where you can see the error message "Error connecting to \\SANDROIDR registry. Access is denied" when, after the backup full of SANDROIDR pc it's successfully finished, I want to make a IDR CD bootable.
The Veritas BE for Windows Server it's 9.1 version and run in the Windows 2000 server sp3 and the computer I nead to protect it's Windows 2000 server sp3 too.
All network connection and configuratio work well but ...
I wait for your instructions and if you nead some information please conctat me.
