Unable to install Veritas Backup Exec 16 agent through server (remotely) in client with WIN10 OS

After installing the Company propreitary tool in my client PC (WIN10 os ), The machine wasn't accepting the agent giving an error (but it used to work when the tool was uninstalled)

“Error connecting to the remote computer. Ensure that the computer is available, has WMI enabled, and is not blocked by a firewall.”

Even though WMI, Remote registry services were enabled and also the firewall was turned off still we were facing this error.

Please let me clarify how to resolve this error

I believe the installer also needs to access the hidden admin shares (C$ etc) to do a push install - as such if access to such shares is disabled, forcing to guest access OR possibly you (or this software you mentioned)  have deliberately disabled all file sharing on the workstation concerned then this could also cause the push install to fail.

Thank you, that's the issue which you mentioned in your comment , how to resolve this
