I need to change the BackupExec 2012 SP4 media server (from W2003 to W2008R2). All is OK on my W2003 serveur : I can backup my Exchange 2007 cluster server with my svc-backup service account
I have installed Backup Exec 2012 SP4 on my new W2008R2 server, the default account is svc-backup, the Backup Exec services are launched with this account (Media Server Admin, Exchange servers Admin, Domain admin, Exchange Org Admin Exchange Server admin, Backup operator,.. Has an active and visible mailbox,...) BUT it does not work when I try to backup a Databse (a different one from my original 2003 server to avoid conflicts),

Check status : Error: e000ff21, The job failed with the following error: Backup Exec was unable to obtain configuration information from the Exchange Server. Review the credentials to ensure that it has the Exchange Organization Administrator role and sufficient rights.
No firewall (system, third-party, equipements,..) between backup and Mail Server. Backup is done on active node on the mail cluster, backup operation is in GRT mode.
What should be different between my W2003 server and W2008 server ?
