Error ejecting tape

Hi there,

I have an LTO2 tape drive (IBM ULTRIUM-TD2 SCSI - DELL Powervault 110T). All backups run fine except at the end of the backup they are set to eject the tape. The tape ejects and then the job sits at 99%. The alerts report event ID 58063 every 30 minutes with the message "Please remove the media from the drive" even though there's no media in the drive! I've even tried inserting and removing the tape and the backup still won't complete. The job won't cancel either as it is pending, waiting for the tape to be removed!!

I have found a document on how to fix this fault on all versions except version 10!
