Error for System State Backup

Hi,

I have the following error when trying to backup windows 2003 servers.

Backup- \\FUELTS1.fuel.local\System?State \\FUELTS1.fuel.local\System?StateV-79-57344-65247 - A failure occurred reading an object.
========================================
Backup- \\FUELTS1.fuel.local\System?State \\FUELTS1.fuel.local\System?StateWARNING: "\\FUELTS1.fuel.local\System?State\System Files\System Files" is a corrupt file.

This file cannot verify.
========================================

I have disabled all antivirus and checked i/o settings in beutil program but problem persists.

Any ideas?

Hi Alvinesh:

Re-apply Service Pack One for Windows 2003 to the machine. If the error still occurs after, put the Remote Agent in debug mode (-debug), run the backup again, and have to log readily available when you open a support case.
