Error on Backup " Operation failed to acquire the minimum needed drives and media."

Can anyone assist me on how I fix this? Is it a licensing issue? Backups had been working but now I am getting this error. We are running VRay on WIndows Server 2008R2.

It looks like this is a known issue and there is a Hotfix for it  http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH187935  

Patch up to the latest level through Live Updates, make sure to push out the agent to the remote servers.
