Error when backing up

I got this error e0008821- Job was recovered as a result of back up exec RPC
Can anyone help me?

We suggest you to disable the Removable storage service as mentioned in the technote below,

-Reboot the server and re-start the backup exec services.
-split the backup job... and run backups
-Create a new backup to disk folder and then run a backup on it and check the results.
