Error when trying to install Exchange agent on BE10

Im trying to add the license number fro the Exchange agent on our BE 10 server. No matter what source I use, the CD or Network location, I get the following error

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Clcik OK to try again, or enter an alternate path...."


I manually point to the propert location of the MSI file its looking for but still fails.


Any ideas?

Do you install the licens from the utility:

Tools> Serial numbers and installtion?

If so at what point in the license key install do you face this error?
