Error while backing up

I have a seemingly simple error, but that is causing the most confusion, I can not complete the backup of the solution because the error is occurring below, only in this task. I have already done the credentials tests, they succeed, but the error occurs anyway in the backup.

Has anyone ever faced this problem?

Hello, What are you backing up? Try right-clicking the resource and select "Establish Trust".

In this case they are virtual machines.

Yout should only need premissions when backing them up with Application GRT. If they are file system type, then this is not needed. Can you send the expaned job log?
