Recently i had a problem with my client's Symantec Backup Exec 10d. The backup tape will eject itself out before finally finishing the backup job.
In the eventlog, i found something like this" No mover was available to close out the last backup set. "
Source: Backup Exec Eventid: 57622
I checked the contents that's inside the backup tape, it looks like most of the files have already been backed up. But it couldn't be able to wrap up the whole thing sucessfully.
I tried googled possible solution, one of the most popular answer is to remove the driver, and install using tapeint.exe, and i downloaded the latest tape driver for 10d, all the processes finished successfully. But it still give me the same problem.
I am wondering if anyone has a better solution to this problem?
