Errorcode V-79-57344-3844

We are use  Backup exec 12.5  SP4. For a Linux NAS (Ready-NAS from Netgear)we installed the RALUS client. In begin it was working correct. After some month, without any changes, backup exec came up with errorcode V-79-57344-3844. The media server could not connect to the media server.

After reinstalling the RALUS it worked again for a couple of weeks.

Now even reinstalling as before doesn't work.

Where is our mistake?

Not all Linux flavours and versions are supported by BE.  You got to check the SCL below to make sure that the Linux used in you NAS is supported.

If it is not supported, then the RALUS may or may not work.  In this case, you got to backup your NAS using the shared directories.
