Errormessage: No Connection to a drive (Exchange Bakup denied)

Hello!

Since some days I got everyday the same message from my bakup report:

In German:
"Der Auftrag schlug mit folgendem Fehler fehl: Es konnte keine Verbindung zu einem Laufwerk hergestellt werden."

(it means something like: "cannot establish connection to drive...")

error reports:
Anschluß nicht möglich an \\SERVER-01\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes
Anschluß nicht möglich an \\SERVER-01\Microsoft Exchange Public Folders

If I want to change the bakup-task (Exchange Mailboxes and Public Folders) I got "Access denied". I always use administrator as the user name - so why do I have no access anymore? The bakup of local drive C: is still ok.

Please help (sorry for bad english. I use the german version of Bakup exec, so the translation of the error messages in eglish might be "slightly" different)

Actually, I figured out the problem. It's simply that when I was doing some
account maintenance, I checked the "hide account from address lists" on the
backup account so it wouldn't show up on our Global Address List (some of
my users have complained about people on the list who aren't really people).
This simple action caused the backup to fail (and caused the issue with
not being able to open the mailboxes).
