Errors and Exceptions in log file after backup completes

Can anyone help me with the following errors? I've checked disk space on all of the servers and they all have atleast 20GB of space available. I'm not understanding what circumstances are causing each error. Thanks!

ERROR 1: OFO: Not enough disk space on device running OFO to create or increment the static volume.
To increase the minimum and maximum size, use the OFO Wizard on the Tools | Wizards menu.
Optimum settings for your system will vary.
OFO: Error during backup. Set has been canceled.

ERROR 2: OFO: Initialization failure on: "\\FTMASTER\F:". Advanced Open File Option used: Veritas Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP).
OFO: Snapshot error (0xa000851c): VSP SnapShot CacheFileBroker was unable to allocate cache files. Check disk space.

ERROR 3: OFO: Initialization failure on: "\\WEBSERVERWH\D:". Advanced Open File Option used: Veritas Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP).
OFO: Volume specified is not snappable. Possible reasons: Not a fixed drive, or contains an active cache file or does not have a valid source or is write protected.
