I would like to evaluate Veritas Backup Exec for Windows Servers but I need to know if evaluation software is fully functional or crippled ....

Fully functional, but limited to 60 days.

ok ... can I just enter license key during those 60 days and use the same instalation for longer period ??

Yes. When you do that, you will lose all functionality for which you do not have a serial, but your BackupExec setup will not be changed

http://support.veritas.com/docs/279332

Also visit to following link :

http://support.veritas.com/menu_ddProduct_BEWNT.htm

Select Software Updates and Downloads and then choose the appropriate option.
