Evaluation of Netware Agent fails with Authentication Error

Dear All,
 
Can you please advice how to evaluate a version of the Novell Netware Agent for Backup Exec 11d. The agent is already installed. However, I'm getting an error that I'm not authorized ("Authentication failed on connection to the server. Make sure that the user account has the appropriate permissions and that the password was typed correctly").
The Errormessage in Fileselection Properties -> Resource Credentials say's "Access Denied". I'm sure that I used the correct username / password set.

Make sure that the account you are using for the NetWare agent is in the format of .admin.context (i.e. .admin.symantec).

Also, make sure that name resolution is working in both directions.
