Found solution link: http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/264616.htm , made changes to the bedssql2.dll file, restarted Remote Services for Veritas Backup Exec.  Backup Completed with Exceptions, due to SQL Server Files Skipped.  Reversed dll.file back to original file, Backup Exec Remote Agent Service only stops every now and then and needs to be restarted.

Has anyone else encountered an issue like this?
