Event Log Error on Server

I am getting the following error on my backup server and cannot figure out how to resolve it. Any suggestions?

1. Please download and install the latest device drivers for Backup Exec 9.1 for Windows Servers.
2. Run tapeinst.exe to install Veritas driver.
"TAPEINST.EXE"is located in the directory :\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT

Try using the device drivers provided by the hardware manufacturer.

I would like to know when exactly this error occurs. Is it during backup or restore?

The error appears in the Event Log after a reboot of the system. I have tried running the TAPEINST.exe and that does not correct the problem.

Hello,

It might help to stop the removable starage service if you are using only Backup exec to take your backups and no other backup application including Windows NT backup.

Disabling the Removable Storage Device service fixed my problem. Thank you so much.
