I've been using an Exabyte 1x10 PacketLoadeer (VXA-320) for a year now and it's been working ok until today. I restarted the backup server and since then only the Robotic Library has shown up. The actual drive showed up as "offline".
I tried deleting it and then add it again through the Device Configuration Wizard, but it doesn't show up; only the Robotic Library does. Same thing in the VXA tool supplied by Exabyte. The drive and robotic library both show up in Device Manager though.
Any ideas? I've tried everything I've seen in documentation and in my searches here.
