Exchange 2003 Store doesn't appear

I have a Backup Exec 10.1 Rev5629 installed on a server. I want to back up Exchange server which is installed on another server. I have installed the exchange agent on the media server and the remote agent on the exchange server. The remote server is appearing well at the selection list. All the drives and shares are there and selectable as well but I can't see any exchange related folders. (Exchange store or Exchange mailboxes)
Is there any workaround in this case?

Hi Andras,

Check out the solution listed in this support document http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/238618.htm, we had the same issue with Exchange 2003 stores and SQL 2000 databases
