Installation won't accept the SQL Express Setup File - installation can't proceed...

I am installing Backup Exec 11d on a Windows 2003 SBS. I want to install using the SQL Express database.

I have downloaded the SQL 2005 Express Edition SP1 setup-file, but when I point to the download directory, backup exec says that the file is not the right one.

I have tried unpacking the files in the downloaded setupsql.exe - but i get the same error message when I point to the unpacked setup file.
