Exchange 2003 and BE v.9.0 4454

 I have installed the agent for E2k3 and the hotfix on their website hoever I can NOT see my private IS !!
I only see the Public IS and the mailboxes.....

Any Idea???

 Hello Deven,
 
Make sure the backup exec service account has the proper permissions to the Exchange server, easiest way to do this, right click your Org, choose Delegate control, and add the Backup exec service account to it with at least Exchange Admin - Preferably Exchange Full Admin.

Do you also have a Remote Agent installed on the Exchange Server?

Just FYI, v9.1 is a free upgrade from v9.0, and will accept all you v9.0 serials.  You should also re-install any remote agents if you do upgrade
