Exchange 2003 backup always fails on SRS

I get this error from Exchange 2003 backup every time.
Otherwise it runs fine. Is this harmful, i.e. can I do a disaster recovery despite of this and how should I fix this error?


Access denied to database SRS MDB.
WARNING: "\\FITKUS008\Microsoft Site Replication Service\SRS Storage\SRS MDB" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.
Database or database element is corrupt
Log Files
Access denied to database Log files.
