I would like to download Agent for Exchange server. How to download it ?

You do not need a specific agent,( just the license). BackupExec uses the same agent as for 'normal' file backup.

It's not something you can download.
When you purchase the option, you get a license key. You add the license key to your Backup Exec installation, and the Exchange Agent functionality is unlocked.
