I have exchange 2003 cluster on Windows 2003 R2.
The Backup exec version is 10.1 Build 5629. Openfile agent, Remote agent, exchange agent licenses were installed on the Backup server.
Remote Agent and Openfile agent were installed on each node of the exchange cluster.
Also, ENABLE RESTRICTED ENTRY is set to "1" on all these servers. All these servers were restarted several time.
Still exchange resources: mailbox, information store, public folders etc, were not visible inside veritas.
