Exchange Corrupt File

I get the following error. I did the regedit to so it will not show the job as failed but my question is what is this long number represent? I've had these errors before but it gave a mailbox users name and the subject of the email etc... I was able to have the users delete the email but I no not know how to idenitfy what this long string is?

-Please try selecting under tools-options-job log-Inormation to include in the log-selec the 3rd or the 4th option to give you a detailed list regarding this.

-Maybe the mailbox has been deleted here as it is showing the GUID of the mailbox instead of the mailbox name
