Exchange Items No Longer in 'Selections'

Overnight it seems the Exchange Agent has stopped working... The backup job (9.1 on Windows 2003 with the Agent on the media server, the Exchange server is remote) fails with the error that the system couldn't attach to the drive - and it mentions all the Exchange items.

Taking a look at the backup selections for the Exchange server, I noticed they're not there.

I have tried re-installing the Exchange agent, but that didn't work.

Hello,

Since you are backing up a remote exchange server verify if remote agent is installed on the remote server.

The following technote may also prove useful

Grant the Backup Exec service account full exchange admin rights at the org. level in exchange system manager and verify results
