Exchange don´t backup

We are trying to backup our Exchange server without success. Below is the error message:

Backup- \\SERVER.domain\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group V-79-57344-759 - A versão do Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Management Tools no servidor de mídia do Backup Exec deve ser a mesma ou mais recente que a versão das ferramentas de gerenciamento que estão no Exchange Server 2007 que você deseja copiar em backup.

Backup- \\SERVER.domain\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group V-79-57344-759 - Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Management Tools version on media server Backup Exec must be the same or newer of the version of the management tool you have on the Exchange Server 2007 you are trying to backup.

The version of the mangement tools on both server are the same.

MMC 3.0 Version 5.2 R2 build 3790.srv03_sp2_gdr.090319-1204 : SP 2

Searched inside the forum before without any sucessfull hint.

The Exchange Server can be backup with success but mailbox/public folder.

Ex Server

Win Svr 2003 x64 R2 SP2
Exchange 2007 V 08.01.0393.001

BE Server

Win Svr 2003 x32 R2 SP2
BE 12.5 R 2213 SP2 all hotfix
Disk backup

Please ensure that Backup Exec logon account has sufficient permissions on as per the first document.

After applying Exchange rollup 9 on both servers, it started backing up Exchange, but...

Now i´m having troubles backing up another server. Server 2008 System State. It backup everything but System State. Any ideas?

Error code E0008488 and V-79-57344-33928
