Exchange mailbox restore not showing all mailboxes?

Fully patched 11d on Windows 2003 x86. Doing a full Exchange information store backup.

I'm trying to restore a folder in a users mailbox, but the user does not exist. She's definately in there on the Exchange side. When drilling through to do a restore I see almost every other user, but not her and a few others.

Any thoughts?

Just for kicks, I enabled Legacy Mailbox backups, and I see all the users in there, including the one I can't seem to find on the restore.

Get to latest build 7170 and apply all hotfixes; specifically HF 14 as it resolves this issue.  It did for my environment as I too was not seeing all the mailboxes with a GRT Information Store backup.
