Exchange store will not backup after running eseutil /d on it

I am getting the following error:

V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.


Access denied to database Mailbox Store (XXXXXXX).
WARNING: "\\XXXXX\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (XXXXX)" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.

Run the information store backup with windows native NTbackup utility and incase it fails with the same messages then its definitely exchange issue. If the job is successfull that means state of information store is good.

Microsoft had me apply TechNet Article 889528 to the server.
