Fail to Restore the file from the Windows Storage Server 2003 w/iSCSI

I just backup the mount point  from the the File server of WSS2003 NAS Sever and try to restore to other location but failure, anybody can help? Backup is success but Restore is fail.

software: ISCSI Feture Pack 2.0 for HP Server

Anybody have an idea for that? I'm using Backup Exec 10d thanks!
