Failure to backup Oracle but succeed for files

Hi,

I encountered a problem that succeed to backup files but failure to backup Oracle DB.
‧Succeed to backup C:\, D:\, SystemState
‧Failure to backup Oracle (E000FE28)

This error can occur if the Oracle Agent is not configured properly on the remote and the BE media server.

Configure it as per the following articles -

Lastly, if IPv6 is enabled, disable it.

Actually this Oracle backup run normally before but suddenly failure in couple fews days before.

Does the Oracle backup fail immediately or after a byte count ?

Have you checked the event viewer of the Oracle server for any relevant events ?
