Failure to establish trust relationship with BE2010

Want to establish trust relationship between BE2010 and Windows 2008 R2, but it's failure.

Got attached error.

File based backup is ok, this problem happened while Oracle DB backup

find other file based backup job also failure after 24 mins with same error.

please advice.
