Is it have any procedure or article for Backup Exec 2012 CASO upgrade service pack 4.

Before upgrading read BE2012 SP4 release notes and then follow below steps...

1) Stop all the BE services.

2) Upgrade CASO

3) Upgrade MMS

4) Run live update to install latest Hotfixes 

5) Push updates on all the remote servers.
