Moin,
Kalti

If you are facing an issue while logging a case online, try via phone pls. Contact Info - http://www.symantec.com/support/contact_techsupp_static.jsp
And what's the problem which you are facing post Sp2 ?

I am guessing you are trying to create a support case online and you have issues while selecting the product version.
If you are using bakcup exec 2012 which creating a case you can choose the product version as
2012 (without service packs)
2012.0.1 (with Sp1)
2012.0.2 (with Sp2)
You cannot specify build numbers like 1798 while creating a case record
Check the installed update in backup exec and find out which service pack you are on (from the yellow BE button)

I managed now to create a support case, thanks.
My issue is an error after updating to SP2: there's a warning now saying (try to translate from german):
Catalog Error: Error in ODBC Access. Possible Cause: disconnected from the database or failed access to catalog index in the database.
I cannot recover, because the recover job shows no backed up data.
regards
Stefan
