Fatal error when adding servers to Backup Exec 2012 server (TMG)

Im getting errors adding servers to the Backup Exec environment. Final error: 0x643 - Fatal error during installation. Final error category: Other Errors
Completed status: Failed

Surprisingly the other group of servers were successfully added. Is there a different of adding Threat Management Gateway servers to the BE 2012 environment?

Hi

If remote agent is been already installed by you manually on that server then please go to start all programs-symantec-backupexec remote agent utility

Once open please configure fully qualified domain name of media server in publishing tab with user name and password and once done restart the services on both media server and remote server for backup exec and when you close and reopen backup exec console it should be displayed automatically

Does a local install of the agent complete successfully ? Port conflict occurs on port 10000 between the agent & TMG..You may consider changing the port accordingly.
